Live Auction

The most visible aspect of the FFA is the raising, showing, and sale of livestock. Months of hard work and dedication culminated at the Livestock Show, with the auction being the "Grand Finale". The FFA works through a network of school, parents, alumni, and Local Community Partnerships. The success of the FFA program depends upon your support & participation. Participation in the KISD FFA Livestock Auction allows you, as a buyer, to celebrate a job well-done by the students & the privilege to share in their "Grand Finale".

Saturday, February 15, 2025:

• 11:00 AM - Livestock Auction Buyers' Luncheon in Livestock Show Pavilion (Invitation Only)
• 1:00 PM - Livestock Auction in Livestock Show Pavilion

• • In-person Live Auction is held on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
  • Auction begins promptly at 1:00 PM.

Barn Sale: KATY ISD Livestock Show Barn Sale

• • You must be a registered buyer to participate in the Barn Sale.
  • Barn Sale animals will be sold online (limited staff will be available for assistance on Saturday morning).
  • Barn Sale has a staggered start time throughout the week.
    • Wednesday, February 12 @ 8:00 AM: ​Broiler Barn Sale Opens
    • Thursday, February 13 @ 8:00 AM: Floral, Horticulture, & Rabbit Barn Sale Opens
    • Friday, February 14 @ 8:00 AM: Goat & Lamb Barn Sale Opens
    • Friday, February 14: Swine & Steer Barn Sale Opens approx. one (1) hour after each show
    • Saturday, February 15: All Species Barn Sale Closes one (1) hour after the conclusion of the Auction
